At Smart Kids Planet, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If a fit isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
